Expedited shipping only expedites shipping not processing time. All orders are subject to undergo a 5-7 day processing time before being dispatched. Orders may be dispatched sooner.

Failed delivery/returned to sender
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (a19) at the customers expense. the expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.
A19 is unable to ship to po boxes.
A19 is unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.
A19 is unable to change any shipping addresses. we will only ship to the address entered at the time the order was originally placed.
A19 is unable to cancel or modify an order.
A19 is unable to price match or make price adjustments when items go on sale.
Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees associated with a returned package or exchange. A19 will either send an invoice to you for the costs, or you are able to provide us with a prepaid shipping label.
A19 will only hold your package for 30 days before it is deemed abandoned. After 30 days, an abandoned package will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund.
For full priced items: to request an exchange, please submit a request at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving the item(s).
Item(s) must be sent back in original/sale-able condition. The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors. Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached.
If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
We can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color.
